Built for groups

One brand. Every location.
Every channel.

Whether it’s three sites or thirty. Counter, kiosk, QR, and bookings — all sharing one catalog, one customer record, pricing rules, discounts, and reporting from a single source of truth.

Every surface

One catalog, five ways to buy.

Order a coffee, book a lane, buy a gift card. Customers choose the surface; your team runs them all from the same catalog and the same dashboard.

Kiosk

Self-serve ordering that looks like your brand, not a generic POS skin. Tipping, modifiers, scheduled prep — all on one screen.

Counter POS

Staff-driven terminal with Stripe Terminal payments, multi-tender splits, gift cards, and a layout your team can run on day one.

QR ordering

Branded customer-facing apps with custom domains, multilingual menus, promo codes, and pay-at-table — built in the editor, not a contract.

Bookings

Lanes, rooms, courts and sessions — sold at the counter, the kiosk, or online. Holds expire automatically, so abandoned carts never block a paying customer.

Receipt viewer

Shareable order receipts with reorder, loyalty signup, and email + SMS delivery — branded per location.

Bookings

Saturday at 7pm,
sold exactly once.

Sessions, shared-capacity tickets and multi-day passes for lanes, rooms, courts and classes — with an engine built so double-bookings can't happen.

Capacity-aware allocation

Best-fit lanes, rooms and courts assigned against live availability — bookings are confirmed against what's actually free, not hope.

Holds expire automatically

A customer who wanders off mid-checkout releases the lane for someone who'll pay. Abandoned carts never block real bookings.

Sold on every surface

Counter, kiosk, QR and the API sell from the same calendar — with shared-capacity tickets that can't be sold twice.

Drafting the report…
AI, with a human in the loop

Ask your venue
a question.

AI runs through the product — theming, imports, insights and reporting — and every change it drafts waits for your review before it ships.

Ask in plain English

Query your own sales and booking data in chat — no report builder required.

Dashboards by describing them

Turn an answer into a widget, a saved report, or a scheduled email digest.

Menu photo to product catalog

Photograph the menu and the assistant stages products, modifiers and prices.

A human reviews everything

Themes, products and reports are staged for approval — nothing goes live on its own.

Modules

Install what you need.
Skip what you don’t.

Mavos is a modular venue operating system. Start with POS and bookings, then add modules as you grow — same login, same customer record, same reports.

Stock control

From supplier to plate

Recipes deplete stock automatically as orders are paid. Purchase orders, stocktakes, transfers and wastage — with COGS and margin by product.

Staffing & HR

Rosters, time clock, people

Shift scheduling with wage cost against sales while you roster. Staff clock in with their PIN on the POS devices already on the counter.

Automations

The venue, on rules

A rules engine that reacts to sales, sensor readings, schedules and manual triggers — controlling devices and notifying staff by email or SMS.

Knowledge & Ops

How you run the place

Wiki and SOPs with per-role visibility, training with sign-off, scheduled checklists, and temperature logs that can fill themselves from sensors.

Marketing & CRM

Repeat business, on purpose

Audiences built from your own sales and booking data, campaigns and journeys over email and SMS, and attribution you can trace to revenue.

Forms & waivers

Signed before they play

Digital waivers signed at the kiosk or from a link before arrival — one adult can sign for a group, and bookings can be gated until everyone has.

Sites

Your website, selling

A public website builder with your commerce embedded — bookings, ordering and gift cards on your own domain, with AI drafting pages for review.

Multi-location

Scale without
losing the plot.

Open the next site without re-onboarding the team. Brand stays consistent, reports stay honest, the dashboard stays one place.

BrunswickFitzroyCarltonRichmondSt Kilda

Group reporting

Sales, bookings, memberships, refunds, discounts — rolled up across the group or sliced per location.

Custom domains

Every QR app gets its own branded domain with managed SSL. We handle DNS, you keep the brand.

Per-location control

Hours, tax, tipping presets, payment processors, and staff roles configured site-by-site.

In the dashboard

The admin your ops manager
will actually open.

Not a thousand toggles in a dropdown. The right things, where you'd expect them — built around the way hospitality groups and bookable venues actually work.

Bookings & resources

Lanes, rooms, courts and sessions that can't be double-booked. Capacity-aware allocation with automatic hold expiry.

Memberships

Recurring plans billed automatically through your own Stripe account. Benefits apply at the till; lapses handle themselves.

Gift cards & loyalty

Issue gift cards, run a points program, redeem on receipts — earned and redeemed on every surface, group-wide.

Orders

Live order feed across kiosk, POS, QR. Edit lines, take additional payments, refund partial — without leaving the screen.

KDS routing

Push tickets to FreshKDS by category and station. Auto-retry failures and watch health from one place.

AI assistant

Theme a brand from a description, stage products from a menu photo, ask questions of your own sales data.

Integrations

Plays well with the
tools you already run.

The boring questions

Things multi-site
groups always ask.

How long does it take to roll out a new location?

Same-day. Add the location, share menus and brand assets across sites in a click, pair the kiosk and POS devices, and you're trading. Most groups are live in under an hour per site.

How is data isolated between companies and locations?

Every record is scoped by company and location. Roles can be limited to specific sites, and the database enforces tenant isolation through row-level policies — your group's data never touches another's.

Can each location have its own brand and domain?

Yes. Every QR ordering app gets its own theme, fonts, copy, and a branded custom domain with managed SSL. Configure once, rebrand any time without contacting support.

Can it run our lanes, courts, or party rooms?

Yes — that's Bookings. Define your resources (lanes, rooms, courts), set schedules and lead times, and sell sessions from the counter, the kiosk, or online. Allocation is capacity-aware and holds expire automatically, so Saturday at 7pm gets sold exactly once.

How does membership billing work?

You create a membership plan and customers are billed automatically through your own Stripe account via Stripe Billing. Benefits apply at the till, members update their card or cancel from a self-service portal, and the money never touches us.

Do gift cards and loyalty work across locations?

Yes. Gift cards are issued and redeemed at any of your locations on every surface, and loyalty points earn and redeem group-wide — one balance per customer, not one per site.

Who handles payments?

Stripe Connect — each company onboards directly with Stripe, so payouts go straight to your bank. Stripe Terminal handles in-person; payment intents handle QR.

Can we migrate from another POS?

We import products, modifiers, categories, and tax rules from a CSV — or photograph the menu and let the AI assistant stage products for you to review. Most groups keep their existing menu structure and don't have to rebuild it.

Can it do stock control, rosters, or waivers?

Yes — as modules. Stock control, Staffing & HR, Automations, Knowledge & Ops, Marketing & CRM, Forms & waivers and Sites each install per company and can be switched on per location, on the same login and the same customer record. Install what you need; skip what you don't.

Is there pricing?

Pricing is being finalised. For now, Mavos is free to start — no card needed. We'll be in touch before that ever changes.

Start free. Add locations as you grow.

No card needed to get started. Pair your first kiosk, build your menu, or open your booking calendar in minutes — keep going if it works for the group.
