Image choice

The Image choice field shows answers as image cards, with an optional heading and sub-heading. Single- or multi-select. You can either upload your own images per option, or choose Products as the source — the cards then use your products’ images and names automatically, and the answer records which product was chosen.

Live data fields

“Data & live” fields display a live figure that updates each time the form is opened:

• Device — specific sensor: pick a device and the exact sensor on it (for example the fridge probe), not just the device as a whole.
• Device — latest reading: the most recent value from a device’s first sensor.
• Product — price: a chosen product’s current price.
• Sales — total today / last 7 days and Orders — count (last 7 days): live figures for your business.

These are great for pre-filling a temperature check with the actual probe reading, or showing today’s takings on an end-of-day form.

Prefilling from an order or customer

Any input field can be prefilled from the order or customer a form is opened for (their email, the order total, the order number, and more) — handy for post-purchase surveys, where the link already knows who it’s for.
