Wiki
Activity and insights (for admins)
The company-wide Activity feed and the Insights dashboard — most-read pages, unanswered questions, stale content and quiz outcomes.
Activity and insights (for admins)
Beyond your own dashboard, the wiki gives owners and admins a company-wide view of how the wiki is being used and where it needs attention.
Dashboard home
Your wiki home has two tabs:
- Home — a personal view: pages you've recently opened, your assigned work (tasks, reviews waiting on you, unfinished quizzes or onboarding steps), and — for owners and admins — a Needs attention card flagging pages overdue for review, reviews that have been waiting a while, and open ideas to triage. A grid of your spaces shows a health indicator (green/amber/red) based on how much of each space's content is overdue for review.
- Activity — a day-by-day feed of what's happened across the wiki: pages published, created, and commented on, ideas raised, and quizzes passed. Filter it down to a single space if you only want to see what's changed there.
Insights dashboard
Owners and admins also get an Insights page with a company-wide view of how the wiki is performing:
- Page views and searches — how much the wiki is being used, and how many searches are coming up empty.
- Most read and least read pages — see what's actually getting used, and what might be worth revisiting or retiring.
- Unanswered questions — questions staff have asked (via search or the Copilot) that the wiki couldn't answer well, so you know exactly what's missing. Each one links to drafting a page to fill the gap.
- Stale content — pages that are overdue for their scheduled review, with a direct link to review them.
- Quiz outcomes — pass rates and where people are struggling, linking through to the Training dashboard for the full picture.
- Space health — the same freshness indicator shown on the dashboard, broken out per space.
Together, the Activity feed and Insights dashboard make it easy to see not just what's in the wiki, but whether it's actually working for the people using it.
