The AI Copilot

Build and edit your website by chatting with the AI — plus building a whole site at once from a single description.

The AI Copilot is a chat you can use to build or change your website in plain language — "add a section about our opening hours," "add a booking button to the menu page," "make the homepage feel warmer," "fix the SEO on the About page." It can edit text, colours and images, add or reorder sections, add widgets, and create or update your header and footer, all from the conversation. Alongside the chat, a Create a page panel lets you generate a single page from a short description without chatting — useful when you already know exactly what you want.

The AI Copilot needs the OpenRouter integration connected to work — see Integrations.

Building a whole site at once

Building an entire site from scratch is a separate, deliberate action — reached from Home or from onboarding, not from the AI Copilot chat itself, because it's a bigger step than a normal edit.

Describe your business in a few sentences and the AI plans and writes a complete site: pages, navigation and a home page, matching your brand voice and design. It doesn't delete anything you already have, but it does change your site's navigation and home page — so you're asked to confirm before it runs.

The new pages are created as drafts for you to review and publish yourself, unless your AI autonomy setting is turned up to publish automatically — either way, nothing changes for your visitors until it's ready.

Everyday suggestions

Beyond the chat, Insights → Suggestions collects lower-risk AI recommendations as they come up — things like a missing image description or a heading that could read better — which you can apply, review, or dismiss individually. These also surface on Home once your site has real activity.
