Feedback & getting help
Report an issue, share an idea, or raise a ticket from anywhere in the admin — and know what happens next.
The Feedback button
Wherever you're working in Mavos — not just the main admin — look for the Feedback icon at the very bottom of the left sidebar, beside the Sign out icon (owners and admins also see a sparkle Ask AI icon there). It's in the same place on every page and never sits over your work. Click it to choose one of four tabs:
- Issue — something is broken or not working the way it should.
- Annoyance — it works, but it's clunky or frustrating.
- Idea — something that would make things better.
- Raise ticket — you need an answer from our team.
Reports vs. a ticket
Issue, Annoyance and Idea are quick reports: a couple of sentences and you're done. They go straight to our team and don't start a back-and-forth — use them for anything you'd otherwise never mention because it felt too small to open a conversation about.
Raise ticket is different: it opens a conversation. A real person will reply, usually within a business day, and you can keep replying right there in the panel until it's sorted.
What gets included
Every submission includes the page you were on, your account and browser details (so we know what to check), and a handful of the most recent error messages from your session — never the contents of your orders, customers or payments. Before you send anything, you can open "We'll include this page, your account and browser details" in the panel to see exactly what would go with it.
Tracking what you've sent
Your recent submissions appear right below the composer in the panel, each with its current status. Click View full history to see everything you've sent — and, if you're an owner or admin, everything anyone else on your team has sent too.
Statuses you might see:
- Received — we've got it.
- Reviewing — someone's looking into it.
- Fixed, Shipped or Planned — what happened to an Issue, Annoyance or Idea.
- Not planned — we've decided not to act on it.
- Merged with another report — someone else already reported the same thing.
- Open, Pending or Resolved — tracks a ticket's conversation itself, from raised to wrapped up.
Feedback on the register
The register has its own way to send feedback: open More in the navigation rail and choose Feedback.
A staff member must be signed in with their PIN to send feedback from the register — an unattended register can't send anything, so every report is tied to the person who sent it. If nothing happens when you tap Feedback, sign in with your PIN first.
Replies to a ticket you raise from the register are read on a computer, not on the register itself — the register shows what you've sent, but not the conversation. Sign in to the admin on a computer to read and reply.
Internal notes
When our support team is working on a ticket, they sometimes leave notes to each other — for example, coordinating with another team member. These notes are never shown to you; only replies addressed to you appear in your ticket thread.
