Finding things in the wiki

As a wiki grows, getting back to the page you need quickly matters as much as writing it in the first place. A few tools make that fast.

Favorites

Click the star on any page to add it to your favorites. Favorited pages get their own group near the top of the space tree on the left, so the pages you use constantly are always one click away.

Recently viewed

The wiki keeps track of the pages you've opened. A Recent group sits next to Favorites in the tree, and your dashboard home shows a "Jump back in" strip with the same idea — the last few pages you were looking at, ready to reopen.

The command palette

Press Ctrl/Cmd + K anywhere in the wiki to open the command palette — a fast way to jump to a page, run a common action, or search, without touching the mouse.

• Start typing to search every page you have access to; your favorites and recently viewed pages are boosted to the top when they match.
• Leave it empty to see your recents and favorites, plus a set of quick actions: New page, Go to space…, My tasks, Training dashboard, and Insights (for owners and admins).
• Type # followed by a tag name to jump straight to everything tagged with it (for example #safety).
• Type in: followed by a space name to search only within that space (for example in:kitchen prep).

Search

For a full search experience — filters, browsing by tag, and more — open Search from the wiki navigation. It searches by both keyword and meaning, so a question phrased differently from the page's wording can still find it.

Keyboard shortcuts

Press ? anywhere to see the full shortcut list. A few worth knowing:

Shortcuts switch off automatically while you're typing, so they never interrupt your writing.
