Favorites, recently viewed pages, the command palette, and keyboard shortcuts for getting around quickly.

Finding things in Knowledge

As a wiki grows, getting back to the page you need quickly matters as much as writing it in the first place. Start on Home: search by topic, task or question, or browse your team's folders without needing an exact title.

Browse folders and topics

Explore your folders shows published page previews. Select a title to read it, expand the arrow beside it to reveal subpages, or choose Explore folder for the directory. Folder links stay in the sidebar as you move around. A folder with no published pages explains that clearly. Large directories offer More pages and Previous pages.

Use Browse by topic for recipes, procedures, product instructions, walkthroughs, training or plans. All knowledge opens the full Library with type and location filters. Only folders and documents you have access to are available.

Favorites

Click the star on any page to add it to your favorites. Find them under Saved for later on Home, Saved pages in the sidebar, or in the command palette. You can also open the optional space tree using the document toolbar’s navigation toggle. The tree starts closed so there is more room to read and write; your preference is remembered.

Recently viewed

Knowledge keeps track of the pages you've opened. Home shows Pick up where you left off for your recent documents. They are also available in the command palette and optional space tree.

The command palette

Press Ctrl/Cmd + K anywhere in the wiki to open the command palette — a fast way to jump to a page, run a common action, or search, without touching the mouse.

• Start typing to search every page you have access to; your favorites and recently viewed pages are boosted to the top when they match.
• Leave it empty to see your recents and favorites, plus a set of quick actions: New page, Go to space…, My tasks, Training dashboard, and Insights (for owners and admins).
• Type # followed by a tag name to jump straight to everything tagged with it (for example #safety).
• Type in: followed by a space name to search only within that space (for example in:kitchen prep).

Search

For a full search experience — filters, browsing by tag, and more — open Search & ask from the sidebar. It searches by both keyword and meaning, so a question phrased differently from the page's wording can still find it.

Keyboard shortcuts

Press ? anywhere to see the full shortcut list. A few worth knowing:

Shortcuts switch off automatically while you're typing, so they never interrupt your writing.
