Ask Ma and approvals

Ma is your marketing assistant. It looks at how your business is going and suggests campaigns, drafts copy, and explains your results. You can chat with it from Ask Ma in the menu.

What Ma can't do on its own

Ma never sends a campaign or spends money without a person approving it. Large sends and anything that costs money always need your OK. You choose how much Ma does by itself in Settings, AI autonomy.

To review

To review collects everything waiting for you:

• Ideas: campaigns Ma suggests. Open as draft to finish and send one, Adjust first to tell Ma what to change, or Not now to dismiss it.
• Alerts: things Ma noticed, like a campaign that isn't paying off or an audience you haven't contacted in a while. Resolve an alert once you've acted on it.

The number beside To review in the menu shows how many are waiting.
