Build emails from blocks, start from a ready-made layout, and keep every message on brand.

Email and SMS templates

Templates are how your emails and texts look. Go to Templates to see them all, each with a small picture of how it looks.

Start from a layout

At the top of Templates, choose a layout (Simple email, Offer, Event, Newsletter or Welcome). It opens ready to edit in your brand colours.

Building with blocks

Emails open in Blocks view. Add a Heading, Text, Image, Button, Offer, Divider or Space, move them up and down, and edit the words in place. The preview updates as you go.

Your business name at the top and the footer with your postal address and unsubscribe link are added for you, so every email meets the rules.

To personalise, type a field such as {{first_name}} or {{offer_code}} straight into any text.

Saved blocks (for example your opening hours) can be added with Add a saved block.

Code view

Prefer to work in code, or have an existing template? Switch to Code. If you change an email in Code, it stays in Code so your changes are never lost. Switching back to Blocks will ask before replacing your code changes.
