Forms at each location

Pick a location to see its forms, keep each location's forms separate, and choose which location a form is for.

Forms at each location

If your business has more than one location, use the location menu at the top of the Forms side menu to switch between them. People who can see every location can also pick All locations.

What you see

• At one location, the lists show that location's forms, surveys and calculators, plus the ones for all locations.
• On All locations, you see everything, and each one is labelled with the location it's for.

People who only work at some locations only ever see those locations' forms.

Which location a new form is for

When a single location is picked, a new form, survey or calculator is for that location. On All locations, you're asked Which location is it for? when you create one. Choose a location, or All locations for a form every location uses.

To change it later, open the form's Settings → Who can respond (on a calculator, Set up) and change Location. Only someone who can see every location can make a form for all locations.

Where forms show at each location

Forms → Where forms show follows the location menu. At one location you choose what shows at that location; a spot with nothing set there uses the all-locations form. On All locations you set the all-locations forms and can add a different form for any location. See Where forms show.
