Where forms show
Show a form or survey after an order, on the staff clock pad, on staff home pages or under knowledge articles.
Where forms show
Open Forms → Where forms show to put a live form in front of customers or staff without sending a link. Each spot shows one form at a time.
The spots
After an order
- Order confirmed. The screen after paying, on QR ordering, the kiosk and the register's order complete screen.
- Digital receipt. Under the order on the receipt link customers get by email, text or QR code.
For your team
- After clocking in and After clocking out. On the staff clock pad, straight after someone clocks in or out.
- Staff home. On each team member's home page in Staffing, under their shifts.
Knowledge base
- Under knowledge articles. Below articles in the knowledge base, for staff who are signed in.
Choosing a form
Pick a live form for the spot and choose Show. Surveys are listed first because short surveys suit these spots best. Each spot shows its status:
- Showing means the form appears there now.
- Paused means the form is kept but hidden. Choose Resume to show it again.
- Isn't live, so nothing shows means the form was unpublished or archived. Publish it again or pick another form.
Choose Preview to see the form as it appears in the spot, and Remove to clear the spot.
A different form at each location
If you have more than one location, this page follows the location menu at the top of the side menu.
- At one location, each spot shows what appears at that location. Pick a form and choose Show here to give that location its own form. With nothing set, the location uses the all-locations form; choose Use the all-locations form to go back to it.
- On All locations, you set the all-locations forms, which show everywhere unless a location has its own. Open Different form at a location, pick the location and the form, and choose Add.
A form that's for one location can only show at that location, so it's not offered for the all-locations spots. Only people who can see every location can change the all-locations forms.
Other pages
On your Mavos website, add an Enquiry form block in the site editor and pick the form. For a page Mavos doesn't run, open Show a spot on another page and copy the code for a spot into that page.
